Anthony's Top Items

There are zero ads. There are zero affiliate

marketing links, notice how fast it brings you to the brands web page. I do not and will not receive any commissions or payments from any brand or company to put them on a list. I'm personally not biased to any one brand or company.

Ever since I was a young teen, I always wanted the best quality of items. I would always research and strive to find the best manufactures and brands. In 2010 I started buying and selling tools. I would mainly buy rusty or broken tools. Then clean, fix or trade them in for new ones. I was selling them for a profit close to fifty percent. Things were going good but it wasn't long before I bought up all the tools in my area. I started learning and expanding my knowledge with many different various items. Everything from jewelry, antiques, flatware, cosmetics, designer brands to glass dildos that were considered artwork. You get the point LOL. Late 2010 I started going to yard sales a lot and looking up auctions I could go to. I then went to a storage facility to see what abandoned storage auctions were all about. I didn't bid on or buy any the first couple of times I participated. After that I bought my first abandoned storage unit that was up for auction and it was awesome! I loved the thrill of not knowing what you are going to find inside the unit. I've bought storage units for over 12 years and currently still do. You learn so much about a very wide variety of items. I've bought over 250 units to date. I've realized that I have a lot of knowledge with items and I want to spread my knowledge and skills to help as many people as possible!

I have an extremely important and time consuming way of finding the best brands and items. I believe I have mastered the process although I am aware that I can always do and get better. First, I will pick a category. Then I will research what brands the professionals of that category are using. I research the reviews of the brands and do my best to weed out and avoid any fake/bot reviews. I will research various different websites to see what the typical consumers are saying about those specific categories. I research other top brand websites to see what they're listing as the top brands. I research the actual items that I've compiled by visiting all of the brands websites. Lastly I use all the data I've collected to determine the top brands of that category. This process takes anywhere from a couple of hours to days to complete a single category.

I try my best to choose the top three brands but that can be very challenging sometimes. The lists will never exceed more then ten brands. I have made the top items as straight forward and as simplified as possible. You aren't required to scroll past six page ads, three pop-up ads and four paragraphs just to get to the next brand on the list. Every brand is linked to their actual website, just click on the brand and it will open a new window to their page. Please keep in mind that new items or brands are released often, some of the best brands may not be the best in the future. I will update the lists the best I can as life goes on. I hope my top items lists provide value and convenience for you.

Food & Drinks I'm a big foodie! I love to try all kinds of healthy foods and drinks. My health is extremely important to me and I care a lot about what ingredients I put into my body. This page of foods and drinks are chosen by the quality of the product and how clean and simple the ingredients are. The order of the lists are my opinion on what is the highest quality product. • Vitamins & Supplements | anthonyandriolo.com

Vitamin s & Supplements Fi rst, I want to start by saying that I am not a docto r nor any other type of medical professional. The information on this page is based on experience and information I have gathered over many years. N o content on this site should ever be used as a substitute for direct medical advice from your doctor or other qualified clinician. Taking certain vitamins alongside medications or other supplements could potentially have adverse effects. Please consult your docto r or do lots of research before mixing and/or trying any of the vitamins/sup plements listed below. Stop using the vitamin/supplement if you experience any adverse side effects. I do my absolute best to find the best natural medicine s, supplements and vitamins for everything. I use what I believe to be honest and professional sources. I research, study and listen to many professors, doctors and scientists of those whom I trust of course. Then I look at the reviews of the vitamins/supplements with a pinch of salt. Lastly I read into what the people are saying about those vitamins/supplements. Keep in mind that what works for som e people may not work for you. Do your research and keep trying for success. I recommend trying a natural remedy or using holistic medicine before choosing a drug that may cause multiple other issues. Often these drugs just mask the issues and don't actually fix root cause. Life long drug users make lots of money for drug companies. These drug companies tend to keep the truth from people so that they can continue to profit off of the people. I could go on for hours how they simply do not care about our well- being. Un fortunately, t here are many situations where we need those drugs and require them to live or thrive. I'm just saying to always question everything and see if there is a natural way to fix the issue. Be open minded and stay positive! Vitamins and minerals are necessary for your well-being. Your body needs a certain amount of each of the essential nutrients to function optimally. Various vitamins can also help aid with various other things that may be going on with your body, including stress, pain, low energy, arthritis, insomnia and etc. Ideally, you’ll get these essential nutrients through the food you eat! Unfortunately, most people aren’t eating in a way that provides the proper amount of these nutrients daily. Therefore majority of us could benefit from various supplementation. I recommend taking plant or animal derived vitamins and supplements that are natural and not synthetic when possible. Below, I have listed various issues with possible remedies! :) Pain : - Willow Bark - Turmeric | Take turmeric with fats and black pepper for the best absorption. - Ginger - Cayenne Pepper (Capsaicin) - CBD Oil | Make sure the CBD oil has lab results showing that it contains zero THC if you are not able to consume THC at all. - Devil's Claw - Boswellia Stress : - Ashwagandha - Lion's Mane - Chaga - Rhodiola Rosea - Phosphatidylserine Arthritis : I recommend losing weight if you are overweight as it can alleviate excess mechanical stress on the affected joint or joints. Eliminate or cut back on sugar and eat more foods such as spinach, collards, kale, walnuts, fatty fish and berries. Exercise can be beneficial as long as it is performed at a level that does not stress the affected joint or joints. Swimming, stationary cycling and light weight training are some of the safest exercises for putting little stress on the joints. I would look into fasting to help as well. - Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA is very important) or Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Turmeric | Take turmeric with fats and black pepper for the best absorption. - Moringa | Make sure the powder you consume is vibrant green. If it's not, it's dead. - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Glucosamine - Chondroitin Energy : I recommend vie wing sunlight within 30 minutes of waking up for 2-15 minutes daily. Try your best to stay consistent. If there is no sunlight or you wake up when it's dark out, you can purchase a bright full spectrum light that will mimic sunlight. Natural sunlight is best of course. The light is on you and you view the light. Do not directly look at any bright light including the sun. Try taking a cold shower in the morning. If you can't stand a complete cold shower, turn the water to cold at the end of your shower for the last 2 minutes. Eat for energy! Eating nutritional dense foods is crucial to your energy levels. Limit sugar and carb consumption. Try adding MCT oil, animal fats and eggs to your diet. Exercise at least 3 days a week. Stay hydrated with water and electrolytes. Limit and research your caffeine intake. The odds are high that you are possibly consuming too much caffeine if you are coffee consumer. - Vitamin B-Complex - Magnesium / Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt / Potassium - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. Nausea : - Ginger - Peppermint (Peppermint oil aromatherapy as well) - Chamomile - Lemon - Meadowsweet Sleep : I recommend vie wing sunlight within 30 minutes of waking up for 2-15 minutes daily. Try your best to stay consistent. If there is no sunlight or you wake up when it's dark out, you can purchase a bright full spectrum light that will mimic sunlight. Natural sunlight is best of course. The light is on you and you view the light. Do not directly look at any bright light including the sun. If you can, as the sun is setting, view the sun to send another signal to your brain that it's evening. Avoid caffeine after 2pm or minimally within 6 hours before sleep. Dim the lights and avoid blue light that most electronics and light bulbs e mit within two hours before sleep. Avoid eating within 3 hours of going to sleep. - Magnesium (L-Threonate or Glycinate) - L- Theanine - GABA - Apigenin - Glycine Anxiety : - Lemon Balm - Kava - Passion Flower - Chamomile Common Cold : Stay hydrated with water and electrolytes. Avoid sugar, refined grains and processed foods. - Black elderberry - Vitamin C - Zinc - Oscillococcinum - Oregano Oil - Manuka Honey - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Echinacea - Garlic Earache : - Garlic Oil - Hyland's Earache Drops - Olive Oil - Hydrogen Peroxide Sore Throat : One of the best and fastest ways to get rid of a sore throat is to gargle with warm salt water 3-6 times daily until it goes away. Avoid smoking. - Manuka Honey - Black Elderberry - Bay Leaves | Boil 2 cups of water, then add two fresh or dried bay leaves and let them steep for around 4 minutes. Then sip and drink! Add cinnamon to help with bitterness. Natural Antibiotics : - Oregano Oil - Manuka Honey - Vitamin C - Turmeric | Take turmeric with fats and black pepper for the best absorption. - Echinacea - Colloidal Silver - Garlic - Ginger - Goldenseal Acid Reflux : Limit carbonated drinks. Limit alcohol. Don't lie down for at least 2 to 3 hours after eating. - Aloe Vera Juice | I recommend the brands Lakewood or Lily of the desert. - Betaine Hydrochloride - Apple Cider Vinegar | I recommend the brand BRAGG. Libido : Exercise at least 3 days a week. Limit carbs, sugar and alcohol. Get plenty of sleep and reduce your stress as much as possible. - Tongkat Ali | It can increase libido in addition to free testosterone. - Maca - Tribulus Terrestris | It seems to increase libido particularly in females. - Shilajit | It increases FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) , improving fertility and libido in males & females - L-Arginine - Ginseng Depression : Start focusing on your health. I cannot recommend exercise enough, it has personally helped me many times and I have witnessed it help many others. Avoid or limit alcohol and drugs. Eat a healthier balanced diet. Avoid or limit sugars, carbs, refined grains and processed foods. Take a cold shower in the morning . If you can't stand a complete cold shower, turn the water to cold at the end of your shower for the last 2 minutes. - Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA is very important) or Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Vitamin B-Complex - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Magnesium - L-Tryptophan Focus : Avoid alcohol. Avoid or limit sugars and processed foods. Train your brain in your free time by playing certain types of games such as; sudoku, chess, word searches, memory games and etc. Try cold water exposure for 1-5 minutes before you desire the improved concentration and focus, it should be uncomfortably cold. A cold shower works! - Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA is very important) or Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Choline - L-Tyrosine - Alpha-GPC | Some research indicates Alpha-GPC can spike TMAO levels. Garlic can offset spiked TMAO levels. It's recommended to take 600mg of garlic when taking Alpha-GPC. - P henylethylamine (PEA) - Vitamin B- Complex - Lion's Mane Testosterone : Exercise at least 3 days a week. Limit carbs, sugar and alcohol. Get plenty of sleep and reduce your stress as much as possible. Try intermittent fasting. - Tongkat Ali - Zinc - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Boron - Magnesium - Selenium - D-Aspartic Acid Skin Tag Removal : The methods below often take some time to work but they have been proven to work! The methods below typically work for warts as well. - Oil of Oregano | Mix two drops of a carrier oil(coconut oil or other oil) with 4 drops of a quality oil of oregano and apply three times a day to the skin tag until it falls off. - Topical Iodine | It is very important that you only apply it to the skin tag and avoid the healthy surrounding skin. To be safe, carefully apply coconut oil or other oil to a one-half inch area around the skin tag to create a barrier. Then apply a couple of drops of iodine with a sterile cotton swab. Repeat twice a day until the skin tag falls off. - Tea Tree Oil | Apply 6 to 8 drops of a quality tea tree oil to a sterile cotton ball and secure to the skin with a bandage. Remove after 15 minutes. Do this three times a day until the skin tag falls off. Nail Fungus : Try to keep the nails dry as much as possible, let them breath. Limit sugar and carbohydrates. The methods below will take some time to work but they have been proven to work. - Oil of Oregano | Put 1-2 drops on the nail that's affected twice a day. - Tea Tree Oil | Put 1-2 drops on the nail that's affected twice a day. - Topical I odine | Put 1-2 drops on the nail that's affected every day. Get decolorized iodine so it won't stain. Here's my non sponsored and non bias opinion on some good vitamin brands: Multivitamin : Garden of Life, Pure Synergy, New Chapter, Ancient Nutrition, Truvani Vitamin D3 : Garden of Life, Pure Synergy, Nordic Naturals, Ancient Nutrition, Truvani, NOW Foods Vitamin C : Garden of Life, Pure Synergy, Ancient Nutrition Omega-3 Fish Oil : Garden of Life, Nordic Naturals, Carlson, Wiley's Finest Vitamin B-Complex : Garden of Life, Pure Synergy, Nordic Naturals, Ancient Nutrition

  • Anthony Andriolo's Health & Fitness

Fitness, where do I start!? I have been athletic ever since I was a little kid. Almost every day, I either played football, basketball or intense man hunt. I've always loved being active. I even placed in a couple of 5k runs. At 14 years old, when it became legal for me to go to a gym, I started going with my dad around 3 days a week. That went on for a while but eventually I switched to a bigger and better gym. I would ride my bicycle around 6 miles round trip to go to the gym roughly 5 days a week. It became part of my lifestyle at this point and I wanted to master working out. I didn't just want to lift heavy weight and become massive. I wanted to be fit, healthy and strong all while not being too massive. I knew exercising was going to be a life long journey for me so I would always strive to do all exercises as perfect as possible to prevent injures/issues. I've done a pretty good job, in over 16 years of working out in a gym I have only had one small shoulder issue that got fixed by a deep tissue massage. It was from a weird bench press on a cruise ship.. I would study exercises and forms all the time by a couple of guys that are now massive in the fitness world. Then I started trying a lot of different regimens over the years to see which ones worked the best and were the most effective. I wanted to get familiar with different machines and equipment so I made it a point to go to many different gyms, at one point I had three gym memberships at once. I would estimate that I have worked out in somewhere around forty-five different gyms and around a dozen different companies. Around year 2014, I started heavily researching nutrition and supplements. I researched for many months and began testing out various different things on myself. There were times where I brought a pound of meat to holiday events with my family and did not eat anything besides the meat. I have been very dedicated to my research, experiments, health and fitness. My girlfriend at the time wanted to lose a good amount of weight, I was able to do a lot of trial and error with her and helped her lose weight effectively. I was confident that I had created a very good diet for losing weight and helped a couple others lose some weight as well. Around year 2017, a woman who I had been dating had done many different diets losing a good amount of weight but she had plateaued and had a hard time losing more. I gave her my diet to try and it helped her continue losing weight and was very effective. Long story short, we ended up turning my diet into a diet plan and created a PDF so we could share it with the world. We launched it on social media and it did extremely well due to the effectiveness and results. The diet had helped thousands of people successfully lose excess fat. It was amazing but it was pretty short lived due to a break up. As time and years have gone by, I have continued to research and learn many new and better ways to help people lose weight and also be able to maintain the diet as well. New information is constantly coming out from various professors and scientists on nutrition whom I trust. Unfortunately, we the people have been fed many lies and/or false statements by many high up individuals throughout the years about food/nutrition. It is possible that many of them simply didn't know better and the proper data wasn't available at the time. My goal is to provide the latest and best health and fitness information that I possibly can. I have always enjoyed helping people achieve a healthier and better life! I want everyone to feel great and give yourself the best chance for longevity. - Anthony My Health & Fitness Tips - View sunlight for 2-15 minutes within 30 minutes of waking up. It's free and doesn't take very long. Try your best to be consistent with it. If there is no sunlight or you wake up when it's dark out, you can purchase a bright full spectrum light that can mimic sunlight. Natural sunlight is best of course. The light is on you and you view the light. Do not directly look at any bright light including the sun. Viewing early-morning sunlight helps you sleep at night, can enhance your mood for the day and can promote other great benefits. - Avoid or limit alcohol. If you are going to consume alcohol, it is best to consume alcohol that doesn't contain added sugars or carbohydrates. If you drink multiple times a week, I recommend getting and taking a quality B-Complex vitamin daily as alcohol especially depletes these vitamins in the body. - Avoid smoking. Smoking can cause many long-term negative effects on the body, too many to list! Quitting smoking can reverse many of these effects on your body. - Avoid or limit added sugars. Always check the ingredients, sugars are in so many foods and drinks. Some sugars may be worse than others but there really isn't much data on that yet.. I personally will occasionally use honey, coconut sugar, pure maple syrup and date syrup. I do my absolute best to avoid all others. - Avoid ultra-processed foods! Not all processed foods are bad. Something as simple as roasted almonds are considered a processed food. Ultra-processed foods are packaged foods that have been made by food companies using many manufactured ingredients, rather than actual foods. It's best to always check the ingredients and be aware of what you're putting in your body. Avoid any foods or drinks that have artificial colors. Visit my foods & drinks page if you want some ideas for healthier and better options. - Avoid simple carbohydrates. These carbohydrates have many of their necessary nutrients removed. Simple carbs are digested quickly, causing spikes in blood sugar and often make you feel hungry sooner. Some examples are; white bread, soda, refined or enriched pasta, candy, desserts and etc. - Avoid most vegetable oils. Vegetable oils are one of the most dangerous foods you could include in your diet. Vegetable oil isn't really oil from vegetables, don't be fooled by the picture of vegetables on the label. Here are some common oils you want to avoid; "vegetable" oil, soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, rice bran oil, grapeseed oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil and more. Try to only use extra virgin olive oil, grass-fed butter or ghee, grass-fed tallow or lard, cold pressed avocado oil or cold pressed coconut oil. - Get a vitamin and mineral blood deficiency test if you can afford to. Many people have vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies and don't even know it. Fixing vitamin/mineral deficiencies can be life changing in a positive way. If you don't get much sun, you could benefit by taking vitamin D3. Take vitamin K2 with D3. Take them with fats as they are fat soluble. Taking a quality multivitamin daily can be very beneficial as well. If you want to know some quality vitamin brands that I recommend, check out my vitamins & supplements page. - Do a moderate intensity aerobic activity five days a week for a duration of 30 minutes or longer. If you need to, you can break it up and do two 15 minute sessions during a single day. If you're able to talk, but not sing, during your workout, then you've likely hit the target heart rate for the moderate intensity. Some good exercises are; walking briskly, bicycling, elliptical machine and swimming. - Drink plenty of water daily and make sure you are getting electrolytes as well. Overhydrating with plain water can flush out electrolytes and dehydrate you. Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium are the main electrolytes. Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt are what I use for sodium intake. These salts not only provide you with sodium but many other minerals as well. - Get plenty of sleep! Poor sleep can drive insulin resistance, can disrupt appetite hormones and reduce your physical and mental performance. If you struggle with sleep, visit my vitamins & supplements page to view some options that may help you with sleep. - Eat a well-balanced diet. Eat healthy whole foods as much and often as possible. Some great examples are; beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, eggs, sweet potatoes, oats, broccoli, asparagus, raspberries, blueberries, avocados, walnuts, almonds and etc. - Try your best not to eat within three hours of going to bed. This allows time for your body to digest the last food you ate so it won't disrupt your sleep. Eating within this window may lead your body to process calories less efficiently, which may contribute to weight gain. Eating before bed can also cause indigestion, acid reflux and heartburn. - Fasting has shown a lot of positive health benefits and success through trials and studies. I certainly wouldn't rule it out to possibly help you on your life journey. - Take a quality probiotic. Probiotics offer many significant health benefits. Prebiotics are important too as they feed the probiotic beneficial bacteria. You don't have to take prebiotics for probiotics to work, but consuming them both may make your probiotics more effective. Our gut is considered our second brain so you want to take care of it! As with all supplements, you may want to consult with a healthcare professional before taking probiotics or prebiotics. If you break out in hives or experience extreme stomach pain after ingesting a probiotic or prebiotic, stop taking the supplement and contact a doctor to determine if you're having an allergic reaction. 4 Week Gym Guide by Anthony Andriolo Out of stock 4 week Home Guide by Anthony Andriolo Out of stock Diet Guide by Anthony Andriolo Out of stock
