Food & Drinks

I'm a big foodie! I love to try all kinds of healthy foods and drinks. My health is extremely important to me and I care a lot about what ingredients I put into my body. This page of foods and drinks are chosen by the quality of the product and how clean and simple the ingredients are. The order of the lists are my opinion on what is the highest quality product. If the products contain all the same ingredients, the lists will then go by taste and/or experience consuming them. Please keep in mind that though I have tried many different products, I have certainly not tried every single one of them. Also keep in mind that brands are constantly changing and evolving. I will do my best to keep up with everything. Feel free to reach out to me with different suggestions. Majority of the items below can be found in your local grocery stores. This list will continue to grow as time goes on! Click on any of the brand names to direct you to their website.
