I'm a big foodie! I love to try all kinds of healthy foods and drinks. My health is extremely important to me and I care a lot about what ingredients I put into my body. This page of foods and drinks are chosen by the quality of the product and how clean and simple the ingredients are. The order of the lists are my opinion on what is the highest quality product. If the products contain all the same ingredients, the lists will then go by taste and/or experience consuming them. Please keep in mind that though I have tried many different products, I have certainly not tried every single one of them. Also keep in mind that brands are constantly changing and evolving. I will do my best to keep up with everything. Feel free to reach out to me with different suggestions. Majority of the items below can be found in your local grocery stores. Biltong:

Note: Biltong is the term that describes air dried beef. It's an all natural process of preserving meat that originated in South Africa. This unique air-dried process is centuries old and ensures that the beef retains its full flavor, tenderness, and nutritional integrity.
Bacon:

Note: I recommend making sure that the bacon is uncured and nitrate free.
Eggs:
Almond Butter:

Note: Almond butter should only have one ingredient, almonds. One exception would be sea salt.
Mayonnaise:

Note: I recommend making sure the mayo has solely avocado oil as the oil base.
Applesauce:

Note: Apples have plenty of natural sugars as it is, I recommend making sure your applesauce does not have any added sugars in it.
Oats:

Note: Gluten cross contamination is common with oats, I always recommend making sure that the oats you buy state that they are gluten free.
Potato Chips:

Note: I recommend choosing a chip that only uses avocado oil, coconut oil, tallow or olive oil.
