- My Story and Mission | anthonyandriolo.com
Learn more about Anthony Andriolo, his journey, values, and mission to help people save time, live healthier lives, and find the best tools, products, and ideas that truly matter. My Story Where It All Started I was born and raised in Dunedin, Florida. My parents split when I was very young, but they remained friends. I typically saw my dad once a week growing up, but most of the time it was just my mom and me. She worked long hours to support us. She was also a natural giver, and from her I learned both independence and generosity. She passed away in 2019, yet the lessons she taught me and her giving spirit are woven into everything I do. We did not have much money, so I learned to be resourceful. In elementary school, I flipped candy just so I could afford better lunches or save for something nice I wanted. Even then, I had a fascination with quality. I have always appreciated things that last and things that are made well. Challenges That Shaped Me Life tested me early. As a skinny kid, I was bullied by older kids in my neighborhood. Years later, those same kids broke into our home multiple times, stealing my mom’s money along with some of my things. One day, I caught them in the act while I was home sick from school. That moment was traumatic, but it also became a turning point. It woke me up. I started lifting weights, building not just my body but also my mindset. Fitness became my foundation. Preparedness became second nature. I began looking at the world differently, developing strategies for “what if” scenarios. That experience planted the seed for the discipline, resilience, and awareness I carry with me today. In middle school I tried to fit in with the “cool” crowd, which led to trouble, referrals, and eventually being kicked out of public school halfway through eighth grade. I was sent to a tough school far from home. Ironically, I thrived there. I made honor roll and proved to myself I was not a bad kid, I had just been making bad choices. By 10th grade, I was back in public school. My schedule was packed with classes like chemistry, history, algebra 2, and gym. I did well in gym because it was the one subject I enjoyed, but most of the rest felt pointless to me. I struggled to stay interested, and I often thought the time would be better spent learning skills that actually mattered to my life. Eventually, I made the decision to drop out. That choice was not about giving up on learning. In fact, it was the opposite. I wanted to learn things that I believed truly mattered to me. I was frustrated with the limits of the classroom and wanted to invest my energy into real-world learning such as working, buying and selling, restoring things, and creating my own opportunities. I wanted to develop skills that would serve me for life, not just pass me through a test. Finding My Path At 15, I started working in a sub shop owned by my mom’s ex-husband. I stayed there around two years. I worked hard, but I knew I was capable of more. I began going to yard sales, thrift stores, and pawn shops. I was mostly buying broken Craftsman tools, using their lifetime warranty to trade them in and resell them. Eventually I worked my way into buying and selling professional hand tools such as Snap-On Tools, and later entire toolboxes from retired mechanics. From there, I expanded into estate sales, auctions, and ultimately abandoned storage unit auctions. Over the years, I have bought around 350 abandoned storage units. It became my full-time income for many years, but more importantly, it became a classroom for creativity. I learned how to spot value, restore, fix, and flip just about anything. I still love storage auctions today, and I still try to buy units when I can. The opportunities are not there the way they once were, but I will probably never walk away from that world completely. When COVID hit, the industry changed. Storage auctions went online, prices soared, and opportunities dried up. Between September and December of 2022, I suffered a major setback when I lost a bag of cash containing $20,000 that I had for storage auctions. I do not know when or where it disappeared, but it wiped out most of the money I relied on to keep investing. That loss forced me to look for stability, so I took a job as an undercover security investigator for a large retail company. I am still there today. The pay is not what I aim for long term, but it gives me stability, valuable experience in security, and a base to rebuild from while I work toward getting back to my own thing. Health, Fitness, and Creativity Health and fitness are my foundation. What started as self-defense against bullies turned into a lifestyle I love. Training, eating clean, and pushing my limits are not just hobbies. They are who I am. I once created a meal plan that helped thousands of people lose weight and live healthier. That experience showed me the power of helping people directly and the fulfillment that comes with it. Creativity is the thread that ties everything together. Whether it is restoring tools, designing projects, researching products, or creating content, I thrive on building, improving, and finding better ways to do things. Why I Built This Site All of these experiences, from the struggles to the lessons to the wins, led me here. I created this site to take what I have learned and put it to use for others. To help people live healthier, feel more prepared, and save time. To research and highlight quality products, tools, and insights that actually make a difference. My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible, in the most ways possible. Who I Am Beyond Work I am a foodie who loves exploring high-end restaurants and unique eats. I love to collect coins, precious metals, antiques, jewelry, weapons, minerals, crystals, mechanical puzzles and signed memorabilia. I love traveling, hiking, camping, exploring nature parks, shooting targets, riding motorcycles, playing basketball, and learning new skills. Once in a while, I unwind with a video game with friends. Above all, I am someone who is always learning and always looking for ways to give back. The Legacy I Want If there is one thing people remember about me, I hope it is this: I care deeply.

- Vitamins & Supplements | Anthony Andriolo
[2023] Important data about vitamins and supplements. Vitamin options that may help with pain, arthritis, anxiety, skin tags, energy and more! Vitamins and supplements you should buy and which ones you should avoid. Vitamins & Supplements First, I want to start by saying that I am not a doctor nor any other type of medical professional. The information on this page is based on experience and information I have gathered over many years. No content on this site should ever be used as a substitute for direct medical advice from your doctor or other qualified clinician. Taking certain vitamins alongside medications or other supplements could potentially have adverse effects. Please consult your doctor or do lots of research before mixing and/or trying any of the vitamins/supplements listed below. Stop using the vitamin/supplement if you experience any adverse side effects. I do my absolute best to find the best natural medicines, supplements and vitamins for everything. I use what I believe to be honest and professional sources. I research, study and listen to many professors, doctors and scientists of those whom I trust of course. Then I look at the reviews of the vitamins/supplements with a pinch of salt. Lastly I read into what the people are saying about those vitamins/supplements. Keep in mind that what works for some people may not work for you. Do your research and keep trying for success. I recommend trying a natural remedy or using holistic medicine before choosing a drug that may cause multiple other issues. Often these drugs just mask the issues and don't actually fix root cause. Life long drug users make lots of money for drug companies. These drug companies tend to keep the truth from people so that they can continue to profit off of the people. I could go on for hours how they simply do not care about our well-being. Unfortunately, there are many situations where we need those drugs and require them to live or thrive. I'm just saying to always question everything and see if there is a natural way to fix the issue. Be open minded and stay positive! Vitamins and minerals are necessary for your well-being. Your body needs a certain amount of each of the essential nutrients to function optimally. Various vitamins can also help aid with various other things that may be going on with your body, including stress, pain, low energy, arthritis, insomnia and etc. Ideally, you’ll get these essential nutrients through the food you eat! Unfortunately, most people aren’t eating in a way that provides the proper amount of these nutrients daily. Therefore majority of us could benefit from various supplementation. I recommend taking plant or animal derived vitamins and supplements that are natural and not synthetic when possible. Below, I have listed various issues with possible remedies! :) Pain: - Willow Bark - Turmeric | Take turmeric with fats and black pepper for the best absorption. - Ginger - Cayenne Pepper (Capsaicin) - CBD Oil | Make sure the CBD oil has lab results showing that it contains zero THC if you are not able to consume THC at all. - Devil's Claw - Boswellia Stress: - Ashwagandha - Lion's Mane - Chaga - Rhodiola Rosea - Phosphatidylserine Arthritis: I recommend losing weight if you are overweight as it can alleviate excess mechanical stress on the affected joint or joints. Eliminate or cut back on sugar and eat more foods such as spinach, collards, kale, walnuts, fatty fish and berries. Exercise can be beneficial as long as it is performed at a level that does not stress the affected joint or joints. Swimming, stationary cycling and light weight training are some of the safest exercises for putting little stress on the joints. I would look into fasting to help as well. - Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA is very important) or Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Turmeric | Take turmeric with fats and black pepper for the best absorption. - Moringa | Make sure the powder you consume is vibrant green. If it's not, it's dead. - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Glucosamine - Chondroitin Energy: I recommend viewing sunlight within 30 minutes of waking up for 2-15 minutes daily. Try your best to stay consistent. If there is no sunlight or you wake up when it's dark out, you can purchase a bright full spectrum light that will mimic sunlight. Natural sunlight is best of course. The light is on you and you view the light. Do not directly look at any bright light including the sun. Try taking a cold shower in the morning. If you can't stand a complete cold shower, turn the water to cold at the end of your shower for the last 2 minutes. Eat for energy! Eating nutritional dense foods is crucial to your energy levels. Limit sugar and carb consumption. Try adding MCT oil, animal fats and eggs to your diet. Exercise at least 3 days a week. Stay hydrated with water and electrolytes. Limit and research your caffeine intake. The odds are high that you are possibly consuming too much caffeine if you are coffee consumer. - Vitamin B-Complex - Magnesium / Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt / Potassium - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. Nausea: - Ginger - Peppermint (Peppermint oil aromatherapy as well) - Chamomile - Lemon - Meadowsweet Sleep: I recommend viewing sunlight within 30 minutes of waking up for 2-15 minutes daily. Try your best to stay consistent. If there is no sunlight or you wake up when it's dark out, you can purchase a bright full spectrum light that will mimic sunlight. Natural sunlight is best of course. The light is on you and you view the light. Do not directly look at any bright light including the sun. If you can, as the sun is setting, view the sun to send another signal to your brain that it's evening. Avoid caffeine after 2pm or minimally within 6 hours before sleep. Dim the lights and avoid blue light that most electronics and light bulbs emit within two hours before sleep. Avoid eating within 3 hours of going to sleep. - Magnesium (L-Threonate or Glycinate) - L- Theanine - GABA - Apigenin - Glycine Anxiety: - Lemon Balm - Kava - Passion Flower - Chamomile Common Cold: Stay hydrated with water and electrolytes. Avoid sugar, refined grains and processed foods. - Black elderberry - Vitamin C - Zinc - Oscillococcinum - Oregano Oil - Manuka Honey - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Echinacea - Garlic Earache: - Garlic Oil - Hyland's Earache Drops - Olive Oil - Hydrogen Peroxide Sore Throat: One of the best and fastest ways to get rid of a sore throat is to gargle with warm salt water 3-6 times daily until it goes away. Avoid smoking. - Manuka Honey - Black Elderberry - Bay Leaves | Boil 2 cups of water, then add two fresh or dried bay leaves and let them steep for around 4 minutes. Then sip and drink! Add cinnamon to help with bitterness. Natural Antibiotics: - Oregano Oil - Manuka Honey - Vitamin C - Turmeric | Take turmeric with fats and black pepper for the best absorption. - Echinacea - Colloidal Silver - Garlic - Ginger - Goldenseal Acid Reflux: Limit carbonated drinks. Limit alcohol. Don't lie down for at least 2 to 3 hours after eating. - Aloe Vera Juice | I recommend the brands Lakewood or Lily of the desert. - Betaine Hydrochloride - Apple Cider Vinegar | I recommend the brand BRAGG. Libido: Exercise at least 3 days a week. Limit carbs, sugar and alcohol. Get plenty of sleep and reduce your stress as much as possible. - Tongkat Ali | It can increase libido in addition to free testosterone. - Maca - Tribulus Terrestris | It seems to increase libido particularly in females. - Shilajit | It increases FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) , improving fertility and libido in males & females - L-Arginine - Ginseng Depression: Start focusing on your health. I cannot recommend exercise enough, it has personally helped me many times and I have witnessed it help many others. Avoid or limit alcohol and drugs. Eat a healthier balanced diet. Avoid or limit sugars, carbs, refined grains and processed foods. Take a cold shower in the morning. If you can't stand a complete cold shower, turn the water to cold at the end of your shower for the last 2 minutes. - Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA is very important) or Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Vitamin B-Complex - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Magnesium - L-Tryptophan Focus: Avoid alcohol. Avoid or limit sugars and processed foods. Train your brain in your free time by playing certain types of games such as; sudoku, chess, word searches, memory games and etc. Try cold water exposure for 1-5 minutes before you desire the improved concentration and focus, it should be uncomfortably cold. A cold shower works! - Omega-3 Fish Oil (EPA is very important) or Omega-3 Fatty Acids - Choline - L-Tyrosine - Alpha-GPC | Some research indicates Alpha-GPC can spike TMAO levels. Garlic can offset spiked TMAO levels. It's recommended to take 600mg of garlic when taking Alpha-GPC. - Phenylethylamine (PEA) - Vitamin B-Complex - Lion's Mane Testosterone: Exercise at least 3 days a week. Limit carbs, sugar and alcohol. Get plenty of sleep and reduce your stress as much as possible. Try intermittent fasting. - Tongkat Ali - Zinc - Vitamin D3 | K2 should be taken with vitamin d3 also. Take them both with fats. - Boron - Magnesium - Selenium - D-Aspartic Acid Skin Tag Removal: The methods below often take some time to work but they have been proven to work! The methods below typically work for warts as well. - Oil of Oregano | Mix two drops of a carrier oil(coconut oil or other oil) with 4 drops of a quality oil of oregano and apply three times a day to the skin tag until it falls off. - Topical Iodine | It is very important that you only apply it to the skin tag and avoid the healthy surrounding skin. To be safe, carefully apply coconut oil or other oil to a one-half inch area around the skin tag to create a barrier. Then apply a couple of drops of iodine with a sterile cotton swab. Repeat twice a day until the skin tag falls off. - Tea Tree Oil | Apply 6 to 8 drops of a quality tea tree oil to a sterile cotton ball and secure to the skin with a bandage. Remove after 15 minutes. Do this three times a day until the skin tag falls off. Nail Fungus: Try to keep the nails dry as much as possible, let them breath. Limit sugar and carbohydrates. The methods below will take some time to work but they have been proven to work. - Oil of Oregano | Put 1-2 drops on the nail that's affected twice a day. - Tea Tree Oil | Put 1-2 drops on the nail that's affected twice a day. - Topical Iodine | Put 1-2 drops on the nail that's affected every day.
